The Resort Management Cell (RMC), a division responsible for holiday booking and payments, is setup across all the leading cities in Middle East and India. The RMC executives are in charge for assisting members in choosing the best available vacation packages, holiday destinations and reserve rooms on their behalf in select resort or a hotel. The Customer Care department offers instantaneous responses related to membership issues, club administration and holiday service related issues. The Country Club Oman has built the unique web based software, WebConnect, to provide real-time vacation room reservation and payment services over the internet. Members can check the availability for holidays, room inventory details and pay for the services utilized using credit cards.
